The Resistance Welding is a method of joining certain metals as indissoluble. These metals are pressed against each other with the help of two electrodes. When electricity flows through these electrodes on the metal generates heat. The metal must have a resistance higher than those electric electrodes.
The formation of heat by electric current is the basis of all resistance welding procedures. The resistance welding can be divided into 4 different applications and is considered the origin of all the welding points. The applications of this welding technology are very diverse apart from metal cans as Steel Fuel Tanks, Beer Keg Welding, Square Channels or Pipe Bend Seams.
